Bill and his team at Aire Serv definitely stand out amongst the crowd. The office staff kept me informed throughout the process and called to give me personal updates regarding when to expect technicians to arrive. This continued with the estimate and then scheduling to have my system installed. The personal touch that they showed along the way is something that is not always evident in the service industry. I called a few different places before I got this young lady on the phone. She was very polite and told me what was involved and informed me they had a special going on. But what sold me was the pictures she shared with me from previous customers duct cleanings. Both before and after. The technician was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do. But before he started the cleaning of the duct work he took a camera down all them to make sure they needed to be cleaned. He should me all the camera view’s while he was checking the ducts.He was on time very polite even through I ask a lot of questions. I would recommend this company for your duct cleaning if you want it done right. Our ducts look darn near new now and let me tell you they where very dirty. A company you can trust. Niko was very friendly and professional and worked tremendously hard to get our unit up and running. The office personnel also worked hard to fit us in when our AC unit stopped working on a triple digit day. They are top notch! Highly recommend them.
